    ETOBICOKE, Ont: Heading into the most important weekend of their season, the Hawks return to action Friday as they open up the OCAA Championship with the reigning OCAA champions, Durham College. Humber comes into action 16-8 (3rd OCAA) against Durham Lords (17-7, 2nd OCAA). This season, Humber and Durham split their four game set two apiece.

    BRAMPTON, ON: The Humber Hawks women’s softball team (14-8), already slotted as the third seed for the upcoming OCAA Championships, will play another championship tournament bound team in the Mohawk Mountaineers (10-12) on Tuesday night. The two teams were rained out on Sunday, thus forcing a make-up affair on the last day of the schedule.

    ETOBICOKE, Ont: Coming off a split with the defending OCAA champs, Humber is home to Conestoga College on Saturday in double header action. Humber (13-7, 3rd OCAA), takes on a Conestoga team (9-13, 5th OCAA) that is fighting for their playoff lives, only being one game back of the final playoff spot. Conestoga comes into the matchup 3-7 in their last 10 games and 0-2 against Humber this season.

  • DEFENDING CHAMPS INVADE THE FAIRGROUNDS THURSDAY NIGHT

    ETOBICOKE, Ont: Coming off an offensive explosion against Seneca on Tuesday evening, Humber returns home to start their last home stand before playoffs against the defending OCAA champions, Durham Lords. Humber (12-6, 3rd OCAA), takes on a Durham squad (15-3, 2nd OCAA), as Humber looks to win the season series with Durham. This double header could be a precursor to a potential first round matchup at the OCAA Championship coming up next week.

    ETOBICOKE, ON: The Hawks have reached the midpoint of their 2017 OCAA schedule. Humber’s 2017 campaign (8-4) has seen them improve on their record through their first 12 games from last season (5-7). With 12 games remaining on their regular season schedule, the Hawks have a legitimate shot at finishing first in the OCAA going into provincials which are being hosted by Humber.

    ETOBICOKE, ON: Coming off another split series, the Hawks head on the road this weekend as they travel to play the Fanshawe Falcons and St. Clair Saints. Humber (8-4 3rd OCAA) takes on Fanshawe (4-8 5th OCAA) on Saturday, and St. Clair (10-4 1st OCAA) on Sunday. Currently, the Hawks have split both two game sets with Fanshawe and St. Clair as they look to win both series’ this weekend and push towards first place in the OCAA.

Humber comes into action 7-3 (3rd OCAA) against the Mohawk Mountaineers (2-6, 5th OCAA). Last season, the Hawks won their season series 3-1 with the Mountaineers.

    ETOBICOKE, Ont: After a split on the weekend, the Hawks return to action Thursday as they travel to Oshawa for a mid-week matchup with Durham College. Humber comes into action 6-2 (2nd OCAA) against the reigning OCAA gold medalist Durham Lords (4-2, 3rd OCAA). Last season, the Hawks split their season series with the Lords, which included three one-run games.

    BRAMPTON, ON: The Humber Hawks women’s softball team (6-2) defeated the St. Clair Saints (8-2) by a score of 5-3 in game two of the doubleheader on Sunday afternoon at the Brampton Fairgrounds. Game one saw the Saints shutout the Hawks down 6-0. With the win in the finale, Humber split the weekend, finishing win two wins and two losses.

    ETOBICOKE, ON: Women’s Softball is back! This Sunday, the Hawks will open up their OCAA season vs the Seneca Sting, in a double header at the Brampton Fairgrounds. Last season, the Hawks swept the four game set against the Sting, outscoring the Sting 49-0 over the four games set.
